Custom Home Offices Designed for North London Homes
Across North London, home offices have to respond to everything from compact townhouse rooms to lofts, apartments and large rear extensions, so flexibility is fundamental. Made-to-measure joinery allows a completely tailored workspace that can range from a compact fitted desk to a full library-style study to fit the property naturally.

Bespoke Workspaces Across North London
In North London, a strong visual feature should not come at the expense of a comfortable desk or sensible access to everyday equipment.
In North London, a completely tailored workspace that can range from a compact fitted desk to a full library-style study can become part of a wider interior scheme while the concealed elements are configured to use the available geometry intelligently for files, books, devices and concealed technical equipment.
The exterior can remain calm through veneers, painted joinery, timber work surfaces and hardware selected individually for each scheme, reinforcing a bespoke North London workspace built around the property, the user and the working routine.

Home Offices & Studies Made for North London
Across North London, Luxx designs to the available architecture first, whether the solution is a narrow cabinet, an alcove installation or a complete room-scale study.
Because the cabinetry is made in Hertfordshire, Luxx can control the final proportions, internal arrangement and specification of veneer, painted cabinetry, timber and bespoke metalwork selected to suit the individual interior so the project can achieve a strong sense of purpose without wasting space or making the furniture feel generic.

— Our Process
From Working Requirements to Finished Workspace
Every home office project begins by understanding what the room needs to support. We consider your working routine, equipment, storage, lighting and the wider interior before developing furniture around the space.
Consultation & Survey
We discuss how you use the room, what needs to be stored or displayed and how the workspace should feel before accurately surveying the space.
Design & Visualisation
We develop the layout, desk position, storage, shelving and finishes, using detailed design and visualisation to establish the proposed workspace before manufacture.
Manufacture
Once approved, your office furniture is manufactured through our Hertfordshire workshop with close attention to dimensions, materials, construction and finishing.
Installation
Our team carefully installs the cabinetry and fitted furniture within your home, ensuring the workspace is aligned, practical and finished to the intended standard.
— why luxx
Why North London Home Offices Benefit from Bespoke Design
North London projects benefit from flexibility because no two homes offer the same space. Luxx has 15 years of bespoke fitted-furniture experience and a Hertfordshire workshop, allowing each study to be measured, designed and built around the property instead of being adapted from a fixed product range.
01
Designed Around Your Working Day
Desk dimensions, storage, shelving and equipment positions are developed around the way you work rather than a generic office furniture layout.
02
Made Locally in Hertfordshire
Your fitted office furniture is manufactured through our Hertfordshire workshop, giving us close control over dimensions, quality and detailing.
03
Designed as Part of the Interior
Materials, colours and proportions can be considered alongside the wider room, helping the office feel integrated with your home rather than separate from it.

Making Bespoke Office Joinery Work Across North London
Existing room features provide useful reference points in North London. By measuring a townhouse room, loft, rear extension, apartment study or larger dedicated office accurately, Luxx can position a completely tailored workspace that can range from a compact fitted desk to a full library-style study so the office follows the architecture instead of creating unnecessary boxing or filler sections.
For North London, efficiency comes from deciding what deserves immediate access and what can be stored more discreetly. The joinery can therefore use the available geometry intelligently for files, books, devices and concealed technical equipment while keeping the main working area visually controlled.
For North London, material selection remains connected to the scale of the furniture. veneers, painted joinery, timber work surfaces and hardware selected individually for each scheme can support a bespoke North London workspace built around the property, the user and the working routine without turning the office into a separate design language from the rest of the home.
That combination gives a North London study greater longevity because it works as useful fitted furniture first, while the visual design continues to support the wider room rather than dominate it.
